These 3 months have been such a great learning experience, a different experience all together. Learning and growing have been the key aspect of my journey here. I`m studying diploma in baking & patisserie from the Le Cordon Bleu, Ottawa. It`s been such a delight in just the basic course; I can1t wait for what`s to come in the upcoming levels. The Demos and the Practical are all that I look forward to every week. The students and chefs are all so helpful and cordial. It`s a home away from home. Southern Seas Education has been such a huge help in getting me in my dream college. They made my journey as easy as possible, helping me in every step of the way. I`m extremely grateful and thankful for all their services.
